Eastern Screech Owls come in 3 color morphs (gray, brown, red) They measure approx 6-9" tall and weigh 4-9 oz. One characteristic is they prefer to roost in cavities of hollowed out trees. As an artist, I’m completely enthralled with its beautiful reddish coloring and I love the soft green eyes!
